- You acknowledge and agree that Data FX shall not be held liable for any losses, delays, errors, interruptions, or damages arising directly or indirectly from:
- Technical malfunctions, system latency, connectivity issues, server downtime, software bugs, or third-party service failures;
- Incorrect use, misuse, or unauthorized use of the client portal, trading platform, wallet system, or back-office features;
- Delays in processing deposits, withdrawals, internal transfers, or account updates, whether caused by technical, operational, or external factors.
- You expressly agree that any financial loss resulting from such technical issues, delays, system behavior, or misuse shall be borne solely by you, and that Data FX bears no responsibility or liability for such losses under any circumstances.
